- Xyrog Peninsula
- The mass of land extending out into the North Sea, attached to mainland Trishore by a neck only 150 km wide. It is
home to all of three of the Calandesian Countries. The southern border (and east side of
the "neck") is formed by the Bay of Bodej and on the west side by the Gulf of Voice. Its full western border is the
Grifteg Sea, while to the north is the Seal Gulf. To the east lies the treacherous North Sea.
While the shoreline is densely forested, the soils are generally thin and acidic. The interior is extremely mountainous, and
generally inhospitable to humans. However, many other creatures, usually less than friendly to humans, make this area their home. The waters that surround this
peninsula are unusually rich in fish and other aquatic life.
