FELLOWSHIP OF BARDS
Goals: nebulous, but generally to help protect humankind from external threats and from themselves
Small in size but great in its breadth and experience, the Fellowship was founded in 2873, and played a vital role in humankind's survival during the Yetdark. Since
that time it has shown a steady decline in size and the quality of its leadership, primarily stemming from a lack of direction and a sense of purposelessness. A few
key members however have both the power and knowledge to foster the group's goals, and remain well connected and subtly influential across Trishore.
Wearing "the endless horn" on their clothing or jewelry identifies all active members to one another.
Membership is almost entirely, but not exclusively, made up of Bards. A few musically included Mages, Sages and even Warriors have been allowed into the ranks over
the centuries.
They are aware of the Suriss (and have actually aided them without their knowledge from time to time), and know something evil lurks
at the top of the Chung Mai San, but not the specifics. They are aware of the Li Kurang, and keep a
very close eye on their activities. They also know of the Fra Cournari, but have been unable to infiltrate them.
