Everyone knows when this era starts, and although the names given to the years that follow vary from race to race, they were surely difficult times for all. Firefall happened 4,028 years ago and wrought instant change to Trishore, and even the world of Seteria itself.
This Era is generally agreed to end with the first Snowmeet, in the year 1097 PF (Post Firefall). Here the Snow Nomads, still flushed with their victories against the Mistvale humanoids over the last many months, declared the "North Kingdom". However, this year is also momentous for the Dwarves and Elves and marks the start of a new Era for them as well. It was in 1097 PF that they signed the Peace Agreement known as the Suginal (which means "together" in Dwarvish and sounds very similar to the Elvish word for "harmony").
It is worth noting even in a brief overview of this nature that the Tower of Knowledge makes its first reappearance within months of the First Spring and the end of the Ice Years.
