- Necros
- Necros is a Lesser God of Death in the Ylthic Pantheon, albeit unique to the Calandesian worshippers.
- Niah Woods
-
More a series of scattered but interconnected copses and woodlands than one large forest, it is noted for its bright, airy, almost sylvian nature. Fine stands of lindens and flowering dogwoods scent the air and feed woodland creatures, while red ash, elm and oak predominate. The woods get just enough rain to support some Bloodwooods, and Waygold bushes are common.
Large monsters are uncommon, although bullettes have been known to raid the most open of clearings. The very westward end of the woods is dryer and has a few stands of spruce trees amongst the deciduous trees.

- Nightmist Forest
-
A deep brooding evil lurks in this massive old woodland. It is damp and overgrown, virtually impassable in most places. Its dark, heavy canopy blocks almost all light, yet the understories have adapted to this gloom and grow verdantly in this shade. Any opening in the canopy is quickly filled by vines and creepers.
White ash, hickory and maples are common, but in the damp soil river birch, alders and giant old willows and sycamores are found too. Innumerable pools and hollows give rise to mists which help hide the ubiquitous Death Moon orcs, and their goblin, bugbear and ogre allies. Drow have been seen in the woods in the last 100 years, and will'o wisps haunt the pools and lurk near sentient evil trees. Oddly, this evil forest supports more of the beautiful Honeyrod flower than any other.
The local peoples have their own name for this forest, and when the evil is at its strongest their name takes on a special, ominous meaning. In Ylthic they call it "Kol'Allilyn", which translates to mean "dark death Forest".
